  Still Looking! Bombproof Lower Level Horse

I am still looking for my perfect horse. I am 43 yrs. old and have ridden on/off since I was 6 yrs. old. I came up through Pony Club and earned my 'B' rating.

I am now much more timid and less athletic then I was back then! I'm looking for a kind, safe, sound, sensible horse for lower level Dressage/Jumping/Fox Hunting and TONS of trail riding.

I need a horse that is happy to be alone as I trail ride by myself 90%+ of the time.

I can provide a knowledgeable, loving, permanent home to the right horse. I have a trainer I work with so a younger/greener horse (as long as he/she is dead quiet) would be fine.

Daily turn-out on large acreage (with horse safe fencing) w/ other horses, best of care to include chriopractic/accupuncture as needed, professional saddle fitting/adjustment, teeth care by Equine Veterinary Dentist, routine farrier/medical care, etc.

Mare or Gelding is fine, any age fine as long as they are under saddle and VERY quiet/easy to ride. Mature height from 14.3hh to 16hh (may consider larger horse if he/she is otherwise perfect), PRICE: No more than $15,000.

Please NO vices. Must be very easy to load/unload and trailer, PLUS be very steady in new places as I intend to go to shows, clinics, off property for trail riding, roading w/ the hounds, etc. on a regular basis.

No major lameness/soundness issues.

Any breed/cross is fine.

I prefer a horse that is within a reasonable driving distance from the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metroplex (within 2 hours). Will consider horses farther away if you have championship level golf courses near you for my husband to play while I play with the horse (that's the only way I'll get him to travel to look at horses ;o)

  Looking for H/J project

Im currently looking for a horse that is broke but doesnt need to be finished. ATLEAST 16hh, would prefer something over 16.2. age 4-14. need to have papers. I want to show hunter/jumper but am tired of using my trainers horses that she mostly teaches little kids with. I work in her barn and take H/J lessons also. She has won many championships. I am considered an intermediate/advanced rider. My max $ amount I can offer is $3500 but I will provide an excellent home with loving care. Possibly for the right horse I could raise the price a little. Budget is limited because I want to have cushion in case of injury, care, ect. Any breed is fine, though I prefer Dutch Warmbloods, Swedish Warmbloods, Selle Francais, or Hanoverians. Height preferred is around 16H and color preferred is Chestnut. Should be jumping atleast around 3 feet, and does not buck or rear. Age should be no older than 12, no younger than 4. Cost is preferred to be less than 6,000. Mare or Gelding. Horse should be suitable for beginner/intermediate riders, while being perfectly fine for advanced riders.

I am looking for a Young Prospect, Lots of talent and personality. Must grow to at LEAST 16.3. No full drafts. I prefer a TB, TB X, WB or Sport horse. No horses over 12yrs or under 3yrs. This horse will be ridden by adults and a 14yr old teen. This teen is a C3 pony clubber and needs a horse that can take her prelim and up! I am located in PA, USA and I do not want to drive over 9 hours unless you are willing to meet half way or ship at owners cost.
I am open to Canadian horses but must still be under 9 hours. I am not willing to spend over 15 usd, I do not wany a crazy ottb, been there done that.
