Silverwood SH is a chestnut turning grey colt by the Shagya stallion Sterling Silver AF out of the ATA approved racebred Polish Arabian mare Misstyyx Rose. Sterling was the highest scoring stallion at the 2006 Shagya Breed Inspection. Sterling's paternal grandsire, Shagal, was a 2-time European Shagya champion. His maternal grandsire, *Oman, sired a Tevis and Haggins Cup champion. "Woody" has beautiful movement, is correct, and would make a wonderful dressage or endurance prospect. He is very intelligent, friendly, and easy to handle. He is not gelded at this time and would make a wonderful stallion prospect to cross with all warmblood breeds. He is eligible to stand for approval for Shagya breeding, as well as Trakehner, RPSI, Oldenburg, etc. His offspring from approved Shagya mares would qualify as purebred Shagyas. He is double registered.
