Rihanna is a super rising 3 year old filly by Rousseau and out of Elite Mare Shakira (Sandro Hit x Donnerhall). Very close bloodlines to record setting 200,000 Euro Foal sold at the August 2011 Oldenburg Elite Auction in Vechta. That foal was by Rousseau son Ampere and also out of a Sandro Hit x Donnerhall mare.
Rihanna has three very good gaits, wonderful suspension, and an active and powerful hind leg. She has been a stand out since birth, and we have every reason to believe she will follow in the footsteps of her very successful older siblings and parents.
Rihanna's dam, the imported Elite mare Shakira, is competing successfully in the United States and in 2010 won numerous year end National and Regional titles, including the VADA Mare Challenge for the highest scoring mare in USEF competition.
We believe that Rihanna has inherited all of the positive attributes of her dam, enhanced by additional articulation and power imparted by her Dutch sire, Rousseau.
Rihanna's sire, Rousseau, has proven to be an outstanding producer and has sired numerous champion sons and daughters. Out of his first four foal crops in Holland, Rousseau made history by producing an unprecedented three consecutive Champions of the KWPN Stallion Licensing: Wamberto (2006), Zagreb (aka Blue Hors Zack) (2007), and Ajong (aka Ampere) (2008). Moreover, three of Rousseau's sons won their stallion performance tests with record-breaking results -- Wamberto, Fiorano, and Ampere.
Rihanna is a top prospect for a rider with FEI ambitions. She is for sale at a price to move of $24,500.
