Galaxy has that charismatic “look” that commands attention. A tall leggy yearling with a relaxed walk, lots of reach in the trot and an athletic canter showing power and suspension, Galaxy has it all! Right from the start Galaxy has a charming personality and is very eager to please. This cross has proven to be everything we hoped it would be. Galaxy's sire Olympic Silvano was ridden by Ellen Bontje at the Sydney and Atlanta Olympics as part of the Dutch Dressage Team and won a Silver medal with the Dutch team. Conrad Schumacher calls Silvano "the best stallion in the world". His conformation is perfect and his temperament perfect. Silvano started off as a grand prix jumper before teaming up with Conrad and Ellen for a dressage career and becoming the cornerstone of the Dutch Dressage Team. For many years, Gestion Silvano N has been the highest-ranking Holsteiner for dressage in the world. Olympic Silvano semen is extermely rare and Galaxy is one of the last foals he will ever have. Because of his rare bloodlines we have left Galaxy a stallion for now but can be gelded if desired. Galaxy comes from a strong mareline. His very proven imported dam Poska Ster is by Juventus out of a Keur Rubenstein I x Roemer mare. Poska was presented to the KWPN in Holland and was the Champion mare of her Keuring receiving a Ster predicate before being imported to NA. Her dam Loriska by Rubinstein I, is consistently rated in the top 75 of the top 250 dressage type mares on the KWPN website. Galaxy displays all the qualities required for a top sport horse with the bloodlines to back it up!
