By Breed
Select Horses > By
Breed and click the
breed you want. There are 26 breeds listed.
You can further refine your results using
the "Registered", "Un-Registered" or "All"
links. The results are sorted by the most
recently updated ads first and the older
ads last.
By Discipline
Select By Discipline
> (Dressage, Eventers, Hunters, Jumpers or
Green Horses). "Green"
in this case refers to horses that are not
yet formally trained in any particular discipline.
The navigation bar on the top changes
once you get to the discipline page. Use
the filter if you wish to view only horses
of a particular breed and gender for that
discipline.
By Bloodline
Select By Bloodline. If you are interested
in horses from a particular pedigree,
you may type all or part of the Sire (or
Dam's) name and the system will return only
those ads with the Sire or Dam listed in
its pedigree.
For Breeding
Select For Breeding
> (Brood Mares or Stallions). This will return
ads for horses listed for breeding services
rather than for sale.
Select For Breeding
> (Fillies or Colts).
This will return either fillies or colts
listed for sale.
Advanced Search
Select Advanced Search
> (Horses For Sale, Horses For Lease or Breeding
Services). Each
search page is a little different.
Horses For Sale
- By Horse ID - If you know the Horse
ID, you may enter it here to quickly return
to this horse's ad.
- Added Since the
Date Below - This
returns ads listed from the date you enter
until today.
- Using "Criteria" - Use this to refine
your search to the most specific results.
You may choose Gender, Breed, Height, Color,
Age, Registered status, Price, Discipline,
location and keywords from the description.
Horses For Lease
- Returns ads for horses listed for lease.
- You may choose Gender,
Breed, Age and Location.
Breeding Services
- Returns ads for breeding services including
broodmares and stallions.
- You may choose Gender, Breed and Location.
